These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Phonelooker.com (“Phonelooker.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, purchasing a report, starting a trial, subscribing, or clicking any button indicating acceptance, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using Phonelooker.com, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Phonelooker.com is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”).
You may not use Phonelooker.com, any report, or any information obtained through the Service for any purpose covered by the FCRA or similar federal, state, or local laws, including but not limited to:
- Employment screening
- Tenant screening
- Credit eligibility
- Insurance eligibility
- Education eligibility
- Government benefits eligibility
- Professional licensing decisions
- Any other eligibility determination involving a consumer
You agree that you will not use the Service to make decisions about any person’s eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, benefits, or any other purpose that would require compliance with the FCRA or similar laws.

You understand and agree that:

- Carrier, location, ownership, or line-type data may change
- Public and third-party data sources may be inaccurate or incomplete
- Not every phone number will return a complete report
Phonelooker.com does not guarantee that any report is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your intended purpose.
You should not rely solely on Phonelooker.com reports when making important decisions.
8. Purchases, Trials, and Subscriptions
Phonelooker.com may offer one-time reports, trial offers, subscriptions, memberships, or other paid services.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Phonelooker.com and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, renewals, and other charges.
Pricing, billing frequency, trial terms, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable offer.
Trials
If we offer a trial, your trial will begin when you submit payment information and accept the offer. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method may be charged automatically for the subscription, membership, or paid plan disclosed at checkout.
Automatic Renewal
If you purchase a subscription or membership, it may automatically renew until canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing terms disclosed at checkout.
You are responsible for canceling before your next billing date if you do not want to be charged.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment method, request updated payment information, suspend access, or terminate your subscription.
9. Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific offer, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for prior charges.
10. Refund Policy

We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds, credits, or other accommodations on a case-by-case basis. Providing a refund in one situation does not require us to provide refunds in the future.

20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phonelooker.com and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, data providers, affiliates, licensors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or reputational harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phonelooker.com’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to email us with a description of the dispute and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
Arbitration Agreement
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Phonelooker.com agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.
The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules.
The arbitration will take place in San Francisco County, California, unless the parties agree otherwise or remote arbitration is permitted.
Class Action Waiver
You and Phonelooker.com agree that disputes must be brought only on an individual basis. You may not bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action.
Exceptions
Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, data scraping, security threats, or misuse of the Service.
Jury Trial Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Phonelooker.com waive any right to a jury trial.
23. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to the arbitration provision above, the courts located in San Francisco County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not subject to arbitration.
24. Electronic Communications
By using the Service, creating an account, making a purchase, or contacting us, you consent to receive communications electronically, including emails, notices, disclosures, receipts, renewal notices, billing notices, and support communications.
You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
25. Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
